It all started with Postnatal Depression and Anxiety.
In the 2o years that followed, anxiety and depression were a part of my life in some shape or form. At this point I felt able to reduce my Antidepressants and created this website to document my withdrawal journey and share many wellbeing tools that I have used effectively.
Unfortunately Perimenopause decided to put a stop to all that and withdrawal has had to be postponed until the HRT does it's job. For now I shall share more about my dealings with ill Mental Health and what I have learned along the way.
