My Approach
I help individuals to navigate the steps to positive mental health. There can be gaps within mental health support that cause worry and concern, this is where I act as a stepping stone to bridge the gaps found along the path to wellness and professional help.
About me
My struggles with ill mental health came to a head (pardon the pun) back in 1995 when I experienced severe postnatal depression. I spent many weeks in a mother and baby unit until my medication and support was in place.
