The Bigger the Trigger

Ok peeps .So today I am a little edgy. It could be hormones. It could be apprehension about taking a lower dose tonight or it could be clutter.
Clutter really gets me riled. I am by no means a clean freak but I am a 'place for everything and everything in it's place' freak.
At the mo we are doing some reorganising of rooms so stuff gets put all over the place. Now I know it's for the greater good and I will have a beautiful room to myself by the end of it but flipping eck does it seem to set my nerves on edge!!!
As soon as I noticed the agitation building I released the angst and took some calming breaths. This helps. In fact this always helps. However the agitation begins to build when I feel I am not being understood. I don't want anyone to throw their stuff away but I do want it to have a home.
Anyhoo that's enough about me being all tetchy.
Tonight I take a lower dose before bed so will take time to write my Joy Diary and take time to be mindful.
